Cop-A-Squat Coffee House was founded by David Payne and sister Tina Jones on May 5th, 2003 after the death of Tina’s husband, Brooks Jones.  The building was built in 1902 by the Masonic Lodge.

The name was derived from the movie Pretty Woman starring Richard Gere and Julia Roberts.  What started out as a fluke     became a well known name in the coffee     business.  Cop-A-Squat offers a wide variety of    natural and flavored gourmet coffee beans.  In an eclectic setting, diners can enjoy a variety of coffee specialty drinks, and frozen coffee drinks.
